- Email address — to respond to your enquiry
- Team challenge — to understand your context before a call
Call booking (via Cal.com)
- Name — to identify you in the booking
- Email address — to send booking confirmation and reminders
- Appointment date and time — to schedule the call

Why we are allowed to process your data
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — Performance of a contract: Processing your contact form submission and booking data is necessary to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation call.
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — Legitimate interests: We have a legitimate interest in maintaining records of enquiries for the purpose of following up on potential business relationships.

Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To respond to your message personally
- To schedule and manage a consultation call
- To send you relevant information about The Skipper Method retreat if you have requested it
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Tools and processors we use
To operate this website and process your enquiries, we use the following third-party services. Each acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement:
- Supabase (supabase.com) — Stores contact form submissions securely. Data is hosted on EU-based servers. Privacy policy
- Cal.com (cal.com) — Manages call bookings and sends confirmation emails. Privacy policy
- Make.com (make.com) — Automation platform used to forward contact form notifications internally. Privacy policy
- GitHub Pages (github.com) — Hosts this website. GitHub may log standard web server data (IP addresses, browser type) for security purposes. Privacy policy
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — Provides DNS and security services for this domain. Privacy policy
06 — Data Retention
How long we keep your data
- Contact form data — retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted from our database unless an active business relationship has been established
- Booking data — retained for 12 months from the date of the call, in accordance with Cal.com's standard retention policy
You may request deletion of your data at any time. See Section 08 for your rights.
07 — International Transfers
Where your data is processed
Scaling Crew OÜ is registered in Estonia, a member state of the European Union. All data processing takes place within the EU/EEA or with third-party processors who maintain adequate data protection standards in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.
Where third-party services process data outside the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to ensure appropriate safeguards.
